Our flagship Dry Apple Cider is made from a simple family recipe we have enjoyed at home for the past 15 years. You might experience slight tasting differences from batch to batch; as we collect a variety of different apples from our orchard to make our juice and add "some of these, some of those." So depending on the date of pressing, it may be "a few more of these and a few less of those!" When we decided to move into the hard cider market, we chose to use our own apples because, well, we grow them! Our dry cider is clean tasting with no additives besides the apple cider, yeast and yeast nutrients. A tart, crisp, refreshing taste with just the right amount of apple finish....at least according to us!
